Terms Of Service:
1. An individual aged 18 years & above is eligible to become an Independent Representative and Sponsor (IRS) or Privileged
Representative and Sponsor (PRS).
2. All the IRS are advised to sponsor new IRS in their downline only after their SPONCER ID is confirmed.
3. In case any IRS being sponsored by a non confirmed / terminated IRS/PRS. The payout in respect of the same shall automatically
be assigned to the respective up line of the IRS/PRS.
4. The IRS/PRS will have the opportunity to sell / promote the products / services of IDL Ganmar anywhere in the world.
5. The IRS/PRS must abide all the rules & regulations of IDL Ganmar which will be introduced from time to time and comply
with all the applicable laws and ordinances.
6. No IRS/PRS is authorized to collect the cash payment on behalf of the IDL Ganmar, any new IRS/PRS gives cash to the respective
leader he will do so at his own risk and IDL Ganmar will not be responsible of any misappropriation.
7. If you appoint a Co-Applicant, all LEVEL SALES HONORARIUMS will be redirected to the address of Co-Applicant only.
8. ALL DISPUTES AND CLAIMS ARE SUBJECT TO XXXXX COURT JURISDICTION ONLY.
Terms and Conditions:
REGISTRATION of IRS (INDEPENDENT REPRESENTATIVE AND SPONSOR) and PRS (PRIVILEGED REPRESENTATIVE AND SPONSOR) WILL BE ACCEPTED
BY IDL Ganmar SUBJECT TO THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE MEMBERSHIP (INCLUDING OR EXCLUDING IRS/PRS) MENTIONED IN THE IDL
Ganmar WEB/WAP SITE AND RELATED MERCHANT'S WEB/WAP SITE AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET OUT HEREUNDER:-
1. By signing up an ORDER FORM/ENROLLMENT (IRS or PRS) APPLICATION FORM, you agree to abide all rules and regulations
in relation to the Member/IRS/PRS including Terms and Conditions/Rules framed thereunder and Membership Fees as amended from
time to time.
2. ALL ORDERED GOODS WILL BE DELIVERED WITHIN 21 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PAYMENT.
3. IDL Ganmar will not under any circumstances be liable for delay in abovesaid delivery due to SHIPMENT PROBLEMS or
any other cause reasonably beyond the control of IDL Ganmar.
4. Only Members of IDL Ganmar WEB/WAP SITE are eligible to purchage products or eligible to become an IRS/PRS.
5. IRS/PRS are not staffs of IDL Ganmar.
6. IRS/PRS are not liable to claim salery from IDL Ganmar.
7. Enrollment for IRS/PRS is only a contractual agreement between the member and IDL Ganmar.
8. IRS/PRS are liable to take full responsibility of their actions in relation to the IDL Ganmar business.
9. Enrollment for IRS/PRS will be cancelled without any notice if any IRS/PRS found working against IDL Ganmar and such
IRS/PRS will loss their LEVEL SALES HONORARIUM including registration fees, if any.
10. LAVEL SALES HONORARIUM (IF PAYBLE) WILL BE PAID WITH STATEMENT.
11. LEVEL SALES INFO WILL BE E-MAILED TO THE IRS/PRS ON AN ONLINE REQUEST.
12. LEVEL SALES INFO will be sent by post too, on an ONLINE REQUEST.
13. ONLINE AUTO LEVEL SALES INFO TRACKING IS AVAILABLE FOR ALL IRS/PRS HAVING A TEAM OF 100 IRS.
14. ALL TAXES AS MAY BE APPLICABLE WILL BE PAYABLE BY MEMBERS/IRS/PRS ONLY.
15. AN AMOUNT OF 12% FROM EVERY PAYBLE HONORARIUM WILL BE DEDUCTED TOWARDS HANDLING CHARGES.
16. IDL Ganmar will not bear any Postal/Courier/Transport/Shipment Charges or MO/VPP/PO/EMT/DD Commission under any circumstances.
All charges will be payable by the Members/IRS/PRS only.
17. IDL Ganmar reserves the right to sale products on the behalf of any IRS/PRS.
18. IDL Ganmar reserves the rights to change/introduce a Business Plan at any time.
19. IDL Ganmar reserves the rights to accept/reject an ORDER FORM/ENROLLMENT (IRS or PRS) APPLICATION FORM without assigning
any reason therefor.
20. IDL Ganmar will not under any circumstances be liable and responsible for the personal correspondences/behaviors/actions/conducts/transtations/jobs/works
made between MEMBERS/IRS/PRS.
